Final judgment of dissolution of marriage is affirmed where the trial court did not err in not applying the forty percent rule to its calculation of child support owed by the father since the rule only applies to parents actively exercising overnight visitation for forty percent of the nights of the year, rather than parents simply having that entitlement.
