District Court of Appeal of Florida

Action Realty & Invs., Inc. v. Grandison, 4D05-1160

An order setting aside a foreclosure sale is reversed where the trial court abused its discretion in setting aside the sale since a bid by the purchaser was not grossly inadequate, and no irregularities in the sale process itself were evident.
