Johnson v. Harrell, 1D05-1823

An order holding that plaintiff had waived his right to arbitration of a dispute over his removal "for cause" as partner of a law firm is affirmed where substantial evidence supported the trial court's finding that plaintiff waived his right to arbitrate by taking actions inconsistent with his right to arbitrate.
