District Court of Appeal of Florida

Summary judgment for defendants, a sheriff and deputies, in a suit for battery, false arrest/imprisonment and trespass after plaintiff was arrested by one of the deputies is affirmed where plaintiff was foreclosed from suing defendants in a civil action for damages because he entered a no contest plea to resisting the arrest in his criminal case for the same incident.
