Guetzloe v. Florida Elections Comm'n, 5D05-4
An order finding that an individual and corporation had violated Florida's campaign finance laws by failing to include disclaimers in, and report expenditures for, certain independent political advertisements is reversed in part due to the election commission's error in finding that appellants violated a certain provision, and failed to allow an evidentiary hearing on an issue of willfulness.
