Summary judgment for defendants in a personal injury negligence action brought by an employee as a result of injuries sustained while working on a construction site is reversed where defendants' showing was insufficient as a matter of law to establish the borrowed servant status of certain individuals so as defendants statutorily immune from suit under Florida's workers' compensation law.
