District Court of Appeal of Florida

Blackmon v. State of Florida, 4D04-4049

Defendant's conviction for first degree premeditated murder of his wife is affirmed over his claim that a document indicating anger at his wife was not relevant and improperly admitted, and that without the document he might well have been convicted of a crime of a lesser degree.
