Conviction and sentence for multiple counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition on or in the presence of a child and sexual battery of a child are affirmed over the defendant's claims of improper and prejudicial prosecutorial and judicial conduct, but one count is reversed where the State conceded that it failed to prove the allegations.
