An order denying a juvenile's petition for judicial waiver of parental notification of pregnancy under the Parental Notice of Abortion Act is reversed where the trial court's reasons did not support a conclusion that the juvenile was not sufficiently mature to decide whether to terminate her pregnancy and it deviated from the statutorily-mandated inquiry on the issue, and the trial court failed to address an alternative claim that the juvenile was entitled to judicial waiver.
