F.J.R. v. State of Florida, 5D05-1625

A judgment and sentence for possession of cocaine and resisting an officer without violence is reversed pursuant to a claim of erroneous denial of a motion to suppress where an officer's detention of defendant, a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation, after he walked away from the officer was unjustified.
