An authorization of additional medical care in a workers' compensation case is reversed where the judge of compensation claims erred in finding that an employer/carrier was estopped from denying claimant-s request for treatment, even though the judge found that a preexisting condition was the major contributing cause of any need for further treatment or surgery.
