District Court of Appeal of Florida

Order granting defendant's motion to compel arbitration in a contract dispute is reversed where the contract at issue was insufficient to convey to plaintiff rights as a third-party beneficiary for purposes of enforcing an arbitration clause. Additionally, the contract provided that the right to arbitration could not be transferred without defendant's written consent.
