Golden Yachts, Inc. v. Hall, 4D04-1945

Jury verdict for plaintiffs in a case against defendant, a boat sales company, in a personal injury case involving plaintiff's fall aboard a boat is affirmed where the trial court properly allowed the use of an adverse inference instruction with respect to certain missing evidence which was last in possession of defendant.
