Kinney v. R.H. Halt Assocs., Inc., 2D05-1563

Dismissal of a suit for personal injuries brought by plaintiff for violation of sanction orders is reversed where the circuit court abused its discretion in dismissing the suit without making supported explicit findings of willful or flagrant disregard, and plaintiff had complied belatedly with the orders at issue.
