District Court of Appeal of Florida

Bozeman v. Higginbotham, 1D04-5081

Order nullifying a tax deed appellant purchased for the home of appellee is reversed since the trial court lacked discretion to set aside the sale where sale of the tax deed was final as the tax collector had complied with the relevant statutory requirements.
