Stevens v. Americana Healthcare Corp. of Naples, 2D05-5731

Petition for writ of prohibition to disqualify a judge from presiding over proceedings in an action against a nursing home involving a resident's death is granted where a judge could not properly deny a timely motion for disqualification, based on facts he disclosed, after he invited the parties to make such a motion and suggested that it would be granted.
