Faerber v. D.G., 2D05-2514

Order granting an individual's petition for extension of time to file a claim against an estate is reversed where, for purposes of an actual notice requirement, the trial court erroneously based its ultimate conclusion that the individual at issue was a reasonably ascertainable creditor on the assertions of counsel.
