Order of a judge of compensations claims finding claimant-firefighter's hepatitis C compensable is reversed where the finding was not supported by competent, substantial evidence since claimant did not meet the criteria necessary for a statutory presumption of compensability or establish that his hepatitis C is an occupational disease.
