Hart v. City of Groveland, 5D05-2745

Petition for certiorari review of an order striking plaintiff's motion for reasonable attorney's fees and costs involving a challenge to annexation ordinances enacted by defendant-municipality is granted where the circuit court erred in striking the motion on the grounds that all fees and costs were paid by persons other than plaintiff, and that his motion was untimely.
