Hicks v. State of Florida, 2D04-2640

Convictions for burglary and grand theft pursuant to a no contest plea are affirmed over defendant's claim of improper denial of a suppression motion where defendant failed to establish that he had a reasonable expectation of privacy in a stolen laptop and thus failed to establish that his Fourth Amendment rights were violated.
