Judgment awarding damages, attorney's fees and costs, and forfeiting a bond in favor of defendant in a dispute regarding a lien placed on a vehicle for repairs made to it is reversed in part where the recovery sought by defendant was not available against plaintiff-lienor, and attorney's fees and costs were erroneously awarded against plaintiff-bond issuer.
