Revocation of defendant's community control for drug use is affirmed over a claim that the admission of a business record of an independent laboratory at his revocation hearing violated his constitutional right to confrontation as set forth in Crawford v. Washington, 541 U.S. 36 (2004). The issue is certified for Florida Supreme Court review.
