District Court of Appeal of Florida

Minda v. Ponce, 2D05-3149

An order finding a father in contempt is reversed where a judgment at issue did not clearly state that he could not send his five-year-old daughter on an airplane unaccompanied by either himself or her mother. Further, orders purporting to clarify the final judgment and appointing a parenting facilitator are reversed as they violated the father's due process rights.
