Interlocutory order granting plaintiff's motion for class certification involving a class of medical providers and insureds who are allegedly owed statutory interest pursuant state law on personal injury protection benefits not timely provided by defendant is reversed where plaintiff has no claim for damages and, therefore, no standing to pursue a class action.
