Denial of a dispositive motion to suppress evidence in a prosecution for felony driving with a revoked license as an habitual traffic offender is granted where it was constitutionally impermissible for the arresting officer to ask to see defendant's driver's license after the officer had satisfied the purpose for which he had stopped the vehicle defendant was driving.
