Statutory changes of 2004 to Florida Statutes section 408.0361(2) involving licensing for cardiology services do not violate due process or equal protection. Also, trial court's interpretation of section 408.0361, that "adult interventional cardiology services" includes open heart surgery is affirmed in a challenge by hospital plaintiff.
