Denial of plaintiff's workers' compensation claims is reversed where the judge of compensation claims erred in finding that the claims were time barred since the limitations period on plaintiff's 1991 and 1992 industrial accidents was revived when defendant provided appellant with "palliative" treatment in 2001.
