Postverdict order granting plaintiffs' motion for directed verdict on the issue of liability is reversed where there was sufficient evidence for the jury to conclude that plaintiffs-lead drivers' negligence contributed to a collision, thus rebutting the presumption of negligence attached to defendant, the driver of the rear vehicle.
