Woodson v. Ivey, 5D04-3326

Judgment for plaintiff in a wrongful death action involving a traffic accident is reversed since defendant, the owner of a motorcycle decedent was driving, was immune under workers' compensation laws and was not liable for injuries sustained by decedent to whom he entrusted his motorcycle because of decedent-s own negligence.
