Amcomp Preferred Ins. Co. v. Koken, 4D05-2685

Denial of defendant's motion to dismiss insurance commissioner plaintiff's action to recover, as "voidable preferences," preferential payments made to defendants under a certain reinsurance agreement is affirmed where the trial court properly found plaintiff was not a party to the reinsurance agreement which included an arbitration clause.
