District Court of Appeal of Florida

Order requiring that the proceeds of plaintiff-spouse's wrongful death settlement be used to pay a Medicaid lien in full is affirmed since, under statutory and case law, Medicaid must be reimbursed in full even if such liability includes components not financed by Medicaid.
