District Court of Appeal of Florida

Judgment following a jury verdict in favor of defendants in a medical malpractice case involving a death during childbirth is affirmed where the trial court did not abuse its discretion by allowing a defense expert's opinion that was purportedly not related by the expert during his deposition, or in permitting the jury to deliberate extended hours.
