Order denying plaintiff-father's exceptions to a report finding that a visitation order granting defendant-grandmother visitation rights with was valid and a resulting order granting a motion for contempt are reversed where the father did not waive his constitutional privacy rights by entering into the original order for grandparent visitation rights.
