Channel Components, Inc. v. Am. II Electronics, Inc., 2D04-5395, 2D05-16

Judgment and fine against defendants as a sanction for violation of certain discovery orders in an underlying action against defendants for alleged violations of a noncompete agreement is affirmed where there was no abuse of discretion in imposing a fine that was a coercive civil contempt sanction.
