District Court of Appeal of Florida

Non-final order denying defendants' motion to compel arbitration as to certain tort claims is reversed where the trial court's order concluding that plaintiff's tort claims were not arbitrable was clearly erroneous since the claims clearly arose out of the contractual obligations between the parties.
