Judgment against defendant in a fraud case and award of damages is affirmed where, in the light most favorable to plaintiff, the evidence supported the trial court-s conclusion that defendant conspired with his wife to defraud plaintiff, and plaintiff did not commit usury in a "short term loan" to defendant.
