District Court of Appeal of Florida

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. v. Jones, 3D04-3256

The Sunshine in Litigation Act, Florida Statutes Section 69.081 (2004), is constitutional on its face. Where a party leads the trial court to error and thereby obtains a confidentiality order without a determination of whether its tires constitute a public hazard under the Sunshine in Litigation Act, or whether any exception to the Act applies, it may not seek to remedy the error on appeal.
