Tallahassee Primary Care Assocs. v. Florida Unemployment Appeals Comm'n, 1D05-4671

An order awarding claimant unemployment benefits is affirmed where claimant's accumulated absences for which she was terminated were due to a family emergency and occurred after she was told to ignore her employer's written warnings, and thus, they did not constitute misconduct connected with work which would disqualify her from receipt of benefits.
