Supreme Court of Delaware
Thomas v. State, 627, 2009
Defendant's heroin trafficking conviction is affirmed where: 1) a detective's stop of defendant was proper because he was justified in relying on the police radio report of another detective; and 2) the drugs found as a result of the search would have been discovered inevitably by the police in a search incident to defendant's lawful arrest.
