A denial of defendant's motion for postconviction relief from his convictions for attempted murder first degree, robbery first degree, burglary first degree, conspiracy second degree and four counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony is affirmed where: 1) Allen v. State was not retroactively applicable and defendant did not establish that review of his motion for postconviction relief was warranted in the interest of justice; and 2) defendant did not demonstrate that he was prejudiced by his trial counsel's representation.
