Rapposelli v. State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co., 226, 2009

In a personal injury action, the trial court's denial of plaintiff's motion for prejudgment interest is reversed where plaintiff's underinsured motorist claim could only be resolved after a tort action that determined his actual damages arising from the accident and his settlement offer remained open for 30 days.
