Burroughs v. State, 304, 2009

Defendant's robbery conviction is affirmed where 1) the prosecutor's closing statement did not improperly vouch for witnesses and 2) the remarks were not manifestly intended of such character that the jury would naturally and necessarily take them to be a comment on defendant's failure to testify.
