Ashley v. State, 329, 2009
Defendant's heroin possession conviction is affirmed where 1) the state offered sufficient independent evidence to establish defendant's intent to deliver the drugs in his possession; and 2) the trial judge did not abuse her discretion in finding that a government expert was qualified to testify as an expert and that his testimony was reliable.
