Whittington v. Dragon Group, L.L.C., 392, 2009

In an action seeking to enforce an operating agreement of a limited liability company of which plaintiff was allegedly a member, the dismissal of the action on laches grounds is reversed where the relevant statute of limitations was twenty years.
