Convictions for Third Degree Burglary, Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, and Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited are reversed in part and affirmed in part where: 1) the state cannot use defendant's violation of a Family Court order as a predicate offense to establish Burglary; but 2) the state produced sufficient evidence to establish Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon and Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited.
