Purnell v. State of Delaware, 556, 2008
A conviction for murder in the second degree, attempted robbery in the first degree, conspiracy in the second degree, and related firearms charges is affirmed where: 1) there was no abuse of discretion in ruling that statements made by a deceased witness were inadmissible hearsay; and 2) there was no abuse of discretion denying a motion for a mistrial as a result of juror misconduct.
