Supreme Court of Delaware

Shipley v. New Castle Cty., 568

The Superior Court's denial of Plaintiffs' motion to set aside a sheriff's sale of real estate pursuant to Superior Court Civil Rule 60(b) is affirmed where, although the sheriff's sale bill contained incorrect information, the errors did not create "extraordinary circumstances" warranting setting it aside.
