Supreme Court of Delaware
Binaird v. State, 240-2008
Conviction of second degree assault and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony is affirmed where: 1) there was sufficient evidence for a jury to find that defendant physically injured the victim; and 2) the trial court did not abuse its discretion and violate plaintiff's right to confront and effectively cross-examine a witness by curtailing questioning that became argumentative.
