Berns v. Doan, 234, 2007

In a personal-injury suit arising out of an automobile collision, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff was attempting to turn her vehicle around in defendant's driveway at the time of the collision, and was therefore a trespasser, barred from recovery by the premises guest statute.
