Convictions and sentence for assault, burglary, menacing, reckless endangering, and multiple firearms charges are affirmed where: 1) defendant knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently waived his Fifth Amendment right to remain silent and his Sixth Amendment right to counsel during police interviews; and 2) there was no error in sentencing defendant to consecutive life terms.
